Any government needs to be conscious of how it uses and protects its natural resources
such as air, water, forests and wildlife, as well as mineral and energy reserves.
ULRMC can use its own acquired imagery, as well as higher resolution images to produce
digital topographic, land cover and other data required for the monitoring and
sustainable development of such natural resources. ULRMC is working as part of a
consortium to assist the Government of Ukraine and the
World Bank to study the feasibility of undertaking an
Azov - Black Sea Biodiversity project.
