In the same way that ULRMC can support private sector capital investments, the organization's technical capabilities can also be applied to public sector projects and interests. These can include the development of road, railway and civil aviation transportation infrastructure; planning and monitoring of commercial industrial development; and planning of distribution networks, including electricity grids and oil/gas pipelines.
