1. Project Structuring for Ukraine 1                                                      
Preliminary discussions / negotiations between UNEP-WCMC, ULRMC, MENRU, GEF, Others.                                                      
Documents development, including MENRU letter of endorsement of UNEP-WCMC project and ULRMC as implementer, Protocol of Cooperation (MENRU - UNEP-WCMC), proposed ULRMC Workplan for project implementation, proposed ULRMC budget for project), Agreement of Services (UNEP-WCMC - ULRMC), etc.                                                      
ULRMC internal documents development (Project Proposal, Scope of Work, Price Quote Worksheet) and team composition.                                                      
Working Group development (in accordance with POC).                                                      
Registration of project as international technical assistance with Ministry of Economy and European Integration Issues of Ukraine.                                                      
2. BINU Mini-project Workshop in Kyiv                                                      
BINU Mini-project Workshop organized at ULRMC with participation of ULRMC, UNEP-WCMC, RIVM, POC-members, Ukrainian stakeholders/beneficiaries, Donors, etc.  Follow-up to workshop.                                                      
3. Participation in CBD-SBSTTA Meeting in Montreal, Canada                                                      
ULRMC representative official nomination confirmation.                                                      
ULRMC representative participation and trip report preparation.                                                      
4. Formulation of Key Questions & Consultations with Decision-makers                                                      
Construction of a theoretical base on indicators.

Creation of theoretical proposals for new indicators; popularization activity.
